The entrance test for NUST is quite a challenge, but it is not impossible to get in 😊
Here are some basic facts to know while you're considering taking the NET!
- Candidates can appear in the entry test more than once, and the best score is considered while reviewing the candidates final application for admission. However, in any one series, only one attempt is allowed for a particular discipline.
- NET is compiled from textbooks prescribed for HSSC courses, and so, candidates preparing for NET should use all the relevant textbooks (from various boards of education) to study.
- NET is conducted at four locations i.e. Islamabad (NUST H-12 Campus), Karachi, Quetta, and Gilgit.
- At Islamabad and Quetta, the test is conducted via a computer-based format. In Karachi and Gilgit, it is conducted via a paper-based format.
NET will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below:
