Majority of the CSS-aspirants asks about the ways in which English writing skills can be improved and polished. In my opinion, "Reading" and "Writing Practice" on daily basis are the two decisive factors that will help those who want their writing skills to get improvement.
It is a very common fact that to produce a master piece of writing, one has to have a logical, relevant and thought-provoking ideas in one's mind. An empty mind doesn't create something worth-reading. Therefore, all the aspirants are required to read as much quality content, opinions and books as possible.
