Job Role and Responsibilities
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about debt recovery and customer interaction. As a Field Collections Officer, you will:

Contact and follow up with debtors via calls, emails, and physical visits to collect overdue payments.

Visit delinquent customers to negotiate and recover overdue payments or settle terms.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly debt recovery targets while managing strong customer relationships.

Work with a portfolio of delinquent accounts, using negotiation and persuasion to reduce non-performing loans.

Document all communication, prepare reports, and escalate unresolved issues to legal where necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve complex debt cases.

Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, even in challenging customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized university.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years as of July 29, 2025.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in consumer banking, microfinance, or collection/recovery functions.
