This internship is initiated under FESCO's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to enhance the intellectual and professional skills of youth across various disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• A minimum of 16 years of formal education is required.

• Minimum of 60% marks / First Division
• Applicable degree in the relevant field
• Candidates must not be awaiting results.

Discipline-Wise Criteria

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering with PEC Registration

• Human Resources: Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Science (Business / Public Administration) / Master of Business Administration / Master of Public Administration
• Finance: Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Science in Finance / Master of Business Administration / Association of Chartered Certified Accountants / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants / Chartered Accountant (Finalist)

• Audit: BBA, M.Com, MBA, ACCA, ICMA, CA (Finalist)

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or Master's in Computer Science
• Juris Doctor / Master of Laws

Age Limit

• Graduates: Maximum age of 28 years

• Individuals with a Master’s Degree: Maximum age of 30 years

• MS / MPhil: Maximum age of 33 years

Stipend & Duration

• ₹35,000 per month for 16 years of education

• Rs. 40,000 per month for MPhil, ACCA, or CA finalists
  

• Duration: 1 Year (extendable contingent upon performance)

Selection Process

Selection criteria will be determined by:

• Scholastic achievement (80% weighting)
• Interview conducted by the FESCO Committee
• Only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted.
• Applications that are incomplete will be denied.
