Management Trainee Programs – Hit or Miss?

Let me put it simply. Management trainee programs are usually designed to get the best of the best (the creme de la creme as some would put it). The hiring process costs a lot since the program aims to get the best young talent from across the country and that usually involves multiple hiring steps. For example, the one at CCI had multiple interviews, group simulation activities, and even online games to judge candidates. 

Management trainees are put on a different path than the other hires – and are usually on the fast track to leadership positions. They are usually rotated within departments or between departments so that they get exposure to different business activities. And they get the opportunity to network a lot more. 

If you are a fresh graduate or have just recently started your career, look out for MT programs in all big companies. 
Getting into one will fast track your career for sure!
