On the 25th and 27th of August, Pakistan competed in the 2023 World Athletics Championships’ men’s javelin throw which was held at the National Athletics Centre in Budapest. Despite the competitive nature of sports, Pakistan was able to bag a silver medal in the sport, making the entire sports community applaud the winner, Arshad Nadeem. The 26-year-old athlete bagged the second position while India’s Neeraj Chopra won the gold medal. The much-celebrated sportsman, Arshad Nadeem, made his best throw at 87.82m in the third round.

This particular win led to the exploration of the player’s profile revealing how he has made other groundbreaking performances like in the South Asian Games in Kathmandu, Nepal.
